Return and Replacement Policy

All sales are final and will only be replaced if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong product. Should you need to make a return then please contact Boston North Company for a return authorization.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 15 days by submitting a return request here. Items must be sent back in their original packaging and the merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received.
